By accessing atlascopcomachinery.com and submitting equipment inquiries, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you are acting on behalf of a contractor, quarry operator or engineering firm, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these terms.
Specifications, torque figures, free-air-delivery charts, lead-time estimates and case references published on this site are provided for planning and pre-qualification. They do not constitute a binding offer. Final machine configuration, emissions documentation and delivery commitments are confirmed only in a written quotation issued by Atlas Copco sales or an authorized distributor.
When you submit the inquiry form, you authorize Atlas Copco and its regional partners to contact you regarding drill-rig, rock-drill, compressor or breaker requirements. Quotation validity periods, Incoterms and payment schedules appear on the formal offer. Unpublished verbal estimates from field staff are not binding until confirmed in writing.
All trademarks, product names, engineering drawings, whitepapers and photographic materials remain the property of Atlas Copco or its licensors. You may download datasheets for internal project evaluation but may not redistribute them as your own engineering work product or reverse-engineer proprietary hydraulic or control designs described therein.
You agree not to misuse the site by attempting unauthorized access, scraping at rates that degrade service, injecting malicious code, or submitting fabricated inquiry data intended to disrupt sales operations. We may suspend access that threatens system integrity or staff safety.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Atlas Copco is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of this website, including lost bidding opportunities, project delays or reliance on outdated cached specification pages. Equipment warranties, if any, are governed exclusively by the sales contract and accompanying warranty certificate.
These terms are governed by the laws applicable to the Atlas Copco entity named on your quotation, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes that cannot be resolved amicably shall be submitted to the competent courts of that jurisdiction unless mandatory local law provides otherwise.
We may update these Terms of Service to reflect new product lines, compliance obligations or site features. Continued use of the website after publication of changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
Questions about these terms: [email protected] or the Contact page. For active orders, reference your quotation number when writing.
